Benefit

Overall improvement of Masquerade, and increase use of it in AGOL apps for agencies that expect to be able to enter and search by coordinates, such as:

DEQ Beneficial Uses and Water Quality Assessment (POC)
DHHS Newborn Safe Haven (WIP)
