The address systems quadrant boundaries are an important layer that is used in UGRC's address locators as well as an input source to other datasets such as the address points and road centerlines. This layer requires quarterly updates.

Use the following process
Compare address system quadrants to municipal boundaries by reviewing changes/annexations since last review. A video of the process can be found here.
Adjust address quadrants to align with updated municipal boundaries, where necessary
Reassign 'Address System' attribute on address points (Zach)
Reassign 'Address System' attributes on UTRANS roads (Greg)
If a new address system is created or an existing one is renamed, a bulk update for the affected features (addpts and roads) will need to be done
Renaming or creating address system aliases (work with Steve)
Add alias using the Google Sheet or BigQuery tables
Make sure changes applied to the code for the geocoding API
Keep in mind: Unincorporated areas of Utah County are on the Provo address grid
