Esri AGOL Minimalist Instant app template is in mature support. Need to migrate all production apps in the UGRC AGOL that use that template to a different one.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Choose a different AGOL Minimalist template
[ ] Load map and data into new template
[ ] Update links to app from wherever they currently exist
