Benefit Hypothesis

Pay down years worth of technical debt and increase the longevity of the app with a nearly-complete rebuild.

Acceptance Criteria

Client testing and validation, and production release of the rebuilt app.

I've got a good start on the custom symbology task but not quite there yet. It's going to take some refactoring to allow AGOL URLs to be used in addition to feature service URLs in the config spreadsheet.

Feature Identify is done other than related records.

I pushed a new build to staging. Not sure that it's time to send it to DEQ for additional feedback. We should probably wait until we've addresses more of their bugs. But it's something to take a look at: https://enviro.dev.utah.gov
