Benefit

Transfer all data and maps associated with UORG recreate story map from UGRC to DOR AGOL. DOR to will host and update the app within their organization.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Data, maps, and apps successfully transferred to DOR.
[ ] Delete APM record in ServiceNow ("UGRC Business Applications")
[ ] Ensure image links work
[ ] Deprecate on UGRC side

Notes

Palletjack is involved with this app and may or may not be needed going forward.

Risks

App no longer works due to unsuccessful migration.

From Jared Anderson at DOR:

The OutdoorTeam_utDNR account was assigned a "creator" user type as well as a "creator" role, which did not give permissions to publish hosted feature layers. I updated the role to "publisher" which should give permissions to publish features.
