As the SGID and other agencies move to hosted only feature services backup up the data becomes a concern we need to address since the data is no longer backed up by other systems.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] A tool that can back up AGOL items to durable storage
[ ] A tool that can restore items from durable storage
[ ] A website to help choose a restore point

It would be great to provide a turn key solution for this system. Especially since we've suggested other agencies migrate to hosted feature services.
