UGRC - SGID data classification (rating system)

Benefit

There is a lot of SGID data. Some of this data is better than others. To get a grasp on this and to be able to convey it to our user base, we need to classify and rate the SGID data and display the trust scores for people evaluating the use of the data.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Classify/rate all SGID data and store in the MATT system
[ ] Display trust scores on website product pages
[ ] Dynamically update scores based on certain criteria

I'm not sure what this is about. @steveoh Did you have anything specific in mind when you assigned me, Greg, and Jake?

I think this is the SGID Ranking but I'm not sure.

The assignments are related to what Greg mentioned in slack and I meant to assign myself, not you. Sorry. My hope is that between the three of us, we can decipher what this is and decide what to do with it as a PI feature.
