This porter issue encompasses 6 new census layers for Demographics.SGID:

- CensusBlockGroups2020
- CensusTracts2020
- CensusPlaces2020
- CensusCounties2020
- CensusState2020

• Data Description: 2020 Census geographies
• Source Agency/Entity: US Census Bureau

• Update Frequency: aside from adding demographic stats when they become available in sept 2021, there will be no updates to these layers.

This data includes census geographies from the 2020 census and will complement our existing 2000 and 2010 census data. As of now, this is just the geographies. The bureau will release the demographic info in Sept 2021. At that time, I will add some key demographic fields to these datasets.

i added the 6 tables to the SGID.META.AGOLItems table. @jacobdadams I left the AGOL_Item_ID field null. I need to manually populate that after the layers are in AGOL, right?

So if I've got this right, Forklift will publish it, and then Auditor will handle the folder, groups, etc. Ideally Auditor would also handle metadata (description, etc) as well, but I don't know how consistently the metadata update is working.
