Looks like the basemap works on the new dev site, but not production. I am in contact with DOH about how they will migrate to the new app and, therefore, when we can deprecate, repoint, or whatever.

Deprecation may commence. DOH is aware of the new app. @steveoh I told them to migrate away from the old DNS, so can its entry be removed or were there plans to redirect to the new DNS?
