Add single track TRAX routes from UTA

This is could be a can of worms... UTA has requested that our existing double track representation of TRAX routes be replaced with a version showing the centerline for each route. Where the different TRAX routes (R, B, G) share the same physical tracks the centerlines overlap. I think UTA would prefer that TRANSPORTATION.LightRail_UTA be replaced with the new centerline version but there is value (i.e. multi modal) in keeping our existing double track data. Does it make sense to have 2 versions of TRAX in the SGID or would it be better to have the double track version available in TRANSPORTATION.Railroads?

At this point I vote to close it, it's kind of been a mess from the start. I'd be happy to revisit it if it becomes a problem for UTA later on.
