Add OpenSourcePlaces from openstreetmap.org #180

Summary

This is a new offering that is created from OpenStreetMap (OSM) data and is intended to represent places of interest in the state of Utah. These may include businesses, restaurants, places of worship, airports, parks, schools, event centers, apartment complexes, hotels, car dealerships…almost anything that you can find in OSM. Several OSM datasets are combined into a single point layer of locations in Utah.

The data should be available in

1 Check [x] all the areas where you expect the data to show up.

The data is of high quality

Where is the data source

Choose one.

Action items

  1. Assign a person who should complete the task by replacing name with their github @name.
  2. Check [x] the box when the task is completed and add the date of completion.
  3. ~Strike~ out all items that do not apply.

@eneemann I don't believe that this dataset has the appropriate user permissions in sgid internal. For example, the internal user should have read permissions for it. That's the user that forklift uses.

@gregbunce yes, please assist. This was my first time adding a completely new layer to Internal. I just did the 'right-click' > 'Import' > 'Feature Class' thing from Catalog (on our Society user connection). Maybe I need some hand-holding...

@stdavis This doesn't seem to be showing up in the SGID Index yet. Do you know if that's built on a schedule and it just hasn't happened yet? Or did I screw something up on the stewardship spreadsheet?

It's waiting in a pr for the ago id

AGOL ID is: 03d363c7fa554aaea41f407707fdfb8a and the Data Page is live, downloads work.

I don't know much about the sgid index update process. I assume that this is the PR that @steveoh is referring to. I don't see anything about an AGOL id. But that branch may need to be rebased against master. @steveoh Do you want me to do that?
