Remove Transportation.BusFlexRoutes_UTA from SGID

Summary

This dataset has no metadata and no one from UGRC knows anything about it. It does not show up in the SGID Index or Stewardship spreadsheets. I emailed Sumerset from UDOT about it and she said:

This Flex Route dataset doesn’t look familiar, but I can tell it’s out of date because it has 17 routes and there are currently only 14. Also, the flex routes are in the current route layer: https://maps.rideuta.com/portal/apps/sites/#/uta-open-data/datasets/46e43ef851024fe5928c341071bb2e99/about So, if you can archive it, that would be great.

Migration Guide

This dataset has been replaced by UTA Routes and Most Recent Ridership in the SGID on ArcGIS.

Action items

1. Assign a person who should complete the task by replacing name with their github @name.

Soft Delete

The purpose of the soft delete is to ensure that all of our users and applications have gracefully migrated off of the dataset. Soft deletes will remain in effect for 14 days. During this time, we will have the ability to restore the dataset to its original SGID offering(s). After these 14 days, the item is then ready for a hard delete.
