Enhance conductor to report action items that have been assigned to users #51

It might be helpful to add a check to conductor to report on unchecked items that have been assigned to specific users. Something like: check status
@stdavis has completed 4 out of 5 items :-1:
@steveoh has completed 5 out of 5 items :+1:
