build: editable is unnecessary and installed twice #10

travis does not need an editable module to run the tests and we don't need to install the package twice

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling df34610933786364d528f977e70b1eb7834f6014 on build/travis-install into 3b2391de75c5c50c4d629b1424c93fdf2248f9cf on master.
