Data queries to "blank" base map services #29

Currently the base map services have the following layers in them for querying:

We know of at least one thing that hit these: https://github.com/agrc/agrc.widgets/blob/master/widgets/locate/MagicZoom.js

There needs to be more research done to see if anything else hits them and then everything needs to be pointed at something else. Maybe the web api?

MagicZoom doesn't hit this anymore. I wonder if we can close this for now? What do you think, @steveoh ?
