Data Currency Info #14

Consider adding a "data current as of" element to the widget. Maybe this is a hover over item or maybe it goes at the bottom in small text, or maybe there isn't really room and we should do it else where on the pages that use this widget. It's something that we should ideally have on most of our pages so a standard approach would be good to aim for.

Is there an AGOL item/feature layer that I could get this date from dynamically?

One approach might be to pull the most recent value in the _last_editeddate column from any of the datasets in the web map. This column automatically updates when I update and publish the source data.
