BatchEditor bug 調整 #31

  1. batchEditor 的 form 中 item_id 請顯示 name 目前顯示 id
  2. grid 中的 operation_id 以及 workstation_id 隱藏
  3. 選擇工作站，第一次選工作站一，第二次選工作站二在選回工作站一工作站 title 還是工作站二 然後工作站選單就會變成只有工作站一
  4. operation 也是一樣，同第 3 點
