Broken navigation and content links in pdf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. importing pdf files with navigation and/or content links
2.
3.

What is the expected output?
I'd like to see the pages without any white/green squares and lines, as on the 
pc.

What do you see instead?
I see white and green squares and lines throughout the pdf, they're present on 
every single page. Here's the link to my Photobucket where I've uploaded some 
pics of the problem:

(as you can see, the problem is already present in the Bookshelf screen)

What version of the product are you using?
v1.6.3

On what operating system?
Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean)

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S4

Please provide any additional information below.
I contacted the emanga publisher whom I bought the emanga titles from, and I 
was told that the pdf's in question (the ones that give the glitch desribed 
above) contain navigation and content links, and according to the pics I 
posted, it seems that the links can't be interpreted correctly by the eReader. 
Indeed, those pdf files from the same publisher that don't contain these links 
can be visualized perfectly in your amazing app.
If you need the pdf's that give the problem, please contact me in e-mail.

Thank you very much in advance for fixing this issue, I'd be really happy to 
see an update that resolves the problem, because I just adore your lovely app, 
it's so easy to use!
