Incorrect work with Manning PDF Books #658

Starting from page 4 words are cut in right part of page.
I can provide screenshot if needed.

Fonts not tweaked in any way, they are left default in Android and Ebookdroid.
Fonts from this publisher probably "normal" too, as they are rendered just fine 
in PC PDF viewers. And since not every letter broken, but whole layout cut from 
one side I'm not sure it's only about fonts.
