Insert "blank page" in twin page #678

A part of the "twin page" mode interest is to be able to see some spanning 
content on two adjancent pages (like photos for example). However, sometimes, 
the two pages are not properly numbered (even/odd). This may easily & manually 
be fixed with the possibility in twin page mode to "insert" a blank page
