Pimp the transition state #52

It seems that we are moving forward to a single interaction button that will switch between the boefreo and the after.

The problem happening now is that as soon as we switch the simulation restart and it takes forever to agent to actually reach their goal and so we can see the actual behavior

I am thinking (and I just did some test with a simple slider and the variable step) that the step could be set to like 30#sec during 10#sec after a switch so that the simualtion "converge" and then goes back to a normal 1#sec to have a much more smoother simu

The advnatage of this is: 1- when people switch the simulation gets a bit crazy and it seems that somethign big is happening

2 - We reach much more quickly the stable state of the simulation (people are already in parks, museum and congestion si already here or not)

What could be cool is to have the step that starts from a max step like 30#sec and slowly decrease to a #1sec step is a smooth way
