Harmonize return values #20

The expected behavior here is:

If an item code does not exist in the child table, it returns all the values of get_item_details when scanned
When a handling unit is scanned and that item is not present in the table, it returns get_item_details plus the handling unit.

Scanning a barcode associated to an item in a Purchase Invoice should return get_item_details. Subsequent scans should increment the highest indexed row. Currently this is incrementing a row without an item code.
