Make Creation of Job Card(s) on Submit of Work Order configurable #47

User should be able to specify by BOM (new custom field with allow after submit), with a fallback in Inventory Tools Settings if the associated Job Card(s) should be created automatically.

@fproldan The setting for this feature seems to have disappeared from Inventory Tools Settings. Can you figure out what has happened?

I see the settings in the code and in a updated instance
