Sales Orders are being duplicated #34

@fproldan There's two errors I'm seeing in the customer's data seem like a race condition or a frappe.db.commit() issue. There are several TimestampMismatchError on saving an Item and 'customer does not exist' errors happening. I can follow up with specifics on a private channel.
