A couple of use cases here:

• Import the IFRS CoA section 1-5 (omitting 6 and 7) - potentially upstream to ERPNext
• Import and correct the names like we typically do to match typical US GAAP accounting
• Import and shift account numbers to handle a Farm CoA to match a schedule F (applicable only to Quincy Cloudberry Farm)
• Truncate and replace utility to load customer provided CoA (applicable in several customer repos)
