Type-Enhancement

Wouldn't it be slick if one could send/recieve SMS via Google Talk instead of, 
or in addition to via the cellular network? 

It could certainly make TalkMyPhone slightly more useful to tablet users, for 
example.

I was not able to properly tag this issue as an enhancement request - the field 
wasn't available to me for whatever reason.
