localization update #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. typing "where" in the chat with android

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the actual position of the phone. The position I see is 
the place where the phone was the last time I used google maps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Talkmyphone version 3 (from appoke market) android 2.1 on HTC Hero

Please provide any additional information below.

1) You're using an old version of talkmyphone. I'm uploading a new one on 
apppoke.

2) This is the expected behavior. At first, the last known position is sent. 
Then, each time the position gets improved, the phone resents its new position.
