Force close for calls from withheld numbers #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start talk my phone
2. Receive call from ID/number withheld caller
3. Observe force close and service restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Pretty self explanatory from the reproduction steps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.03beta

Please provide any additional information below.

Tested by calling from an ID withheld landline.

I also have this issue when I call from my work number (ID withheld).

Wow, I did not thought about this case :). Well, I just tested it: For me 
TalkMyPhone does not crash. Instead, it prints

null is calling

Pretty much self explanatory for a programmer. This should be kind of easy to 
fix :)
