Indeed, yours phones numbers doesn't match with "0[67]\\d{8,}".
We expect a number starting with 06 or 07 with at less 8 digits.
The only one international prefix supported for now is "+33".
Try to enter your phone number without this prefix.
Else you must have a contact with this number with "mobile" tag.

Don't really understand what you just wrote, but...
All my contacts start 07, not +44 yet when they are sent to phones in the UK
(probably everywhere else too) they come in as +447 but the phone still knows
which contact that is
We are not entering numbers with or without prefixes, we are just using the
"reply" command

We really need to authorize sending sms to any number, otherwise this issue
will be raised over and over again. Considering every possibilities for every
countries, I think any number can potentially be a match for sending sms (even
in France, not only cellphone can receive sms, but regular phones can now
receive sms too).

regular phones here in the UK can receive SMS's as well
I'm with Kaijma by the way, my issue number 47 got merged with this but I have
problems with people in my contacts rather than this original issue which is
for numbers not in contacts

We are trying to use the "reply:message" feature which isn't working, all my
contacts start 07xxxxxx but when I "reply" it changes it to +447xxxxxx and that
doesn't work

I'll remove pattern recognition for cellphone numbers. Then it will match with
numbers containing only digits and possibly start with +

I am having the same issue here in the US. My numbers start 317-xxx-xxxx and
I get the same no match. The only way I can send messages is to type the
contact name in and not reply or use the number. Any help?
