What steps will reproduce the problem?
It's not a problem but enhancement proposition

It can be interresant to add a call shortcut call:06xxxxxxxx in order to 
initiate a phone call.

It can be interressant to add some configurable shortcut for exemple 
   - sa=sms:jerome dupont 
   - sb=sms:jerome dupont:please call me

and we can use it sa:hello or sb.

The label for those shortcut could be fix or configurable.

This will probably not happen (at least not as you describe it). I am trying to 
keep TalkMyPhone simple and thus I do not want to embed a real interpreter in 
it.

That being said, in the future, I'd like to allow the users to define commands 
by themselves, using an interface "à la Tasker". But we are not there.
