Reply:message doesn't always work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when someone sends a text, in gtalk type "reply:message goes here" (without 
quotes)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: SMS Sent
Actual: No match found for +447xxxxxxxxx

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest (just downloaded today) on Windows 7 64 bit, with updates

Please provide any additional information below.
