Add multilanguage support #10

Due to the international context of the project, it would be excellent to have a switch button between EN and ES. Ideally we would write the content twice (EN and ES) and the theme should be able to switch between the two, and maybe also notice when no ES content is available. Ideally, the titles and navigation should change as well.

Google offers several solutions to the problem, but none is super straightforward (at least for me...). For example: https://forestry.io/blog/creating-a-multilingual-blog-with-jekyll/ (but there must be other options as well - this requires some googling)

We are willing to pay for this service.

Hey, this can be done... I can spend some time over a weekend looking at sorting this out and implementing a way to switch languages.
