AgroPortal currently uses Bubastis to process change between ontologie submissions. The tool is old and has a series of limitations.

Improvements include also:

[ ] Use the Knowledge Graph Change Language to encode changes: https://github.com/INCATools/kgcl (another alternative is CHAO)

Also we need to See @naouelkaram changes

Dans "new submssion" sous "Change notes" je propsoe d'ajouter un bloc "List of changes (diff)" qui serait un selecteor deja selectionner "Let AgroPortal compute the list of changes with the previous submission" et si deselecitonné on affiche un champ etxte (cour comme notes) qui demande "Link to change (diff) file"

Hi @syphax-bouazzouni @jonquet, here is our Bubastis fork: https://github.com/biodivportal/bubastis Also worked on the KGCL diff code: https://github.com/biodivportal/ontology-access-kit Due to performance issues, the plan is to extend the Bubastis code to deliver an output in KGCL format (both YAML and RDF Triples)
