I was wondering if it would be possible to include equivalence axioms (logical definitions) in the details of classes. Our ontology is strongly reasoning-based, and this capability relies heavily on logical definitions of classes. It would be interesting if users could access these definitions.

For exemple the "heterotroph" class

There no implementation or property for equivalentClasses or Restrictions

After discussion, this is not trivial as it related to how AgroPortal deals with blank nodes. For the moment all properties that goes thru blank nodes are ignored and not loaded at all in the triple store. Another example is documented in #240
