Fix the previous submission of LPT so that it can be parsed for the DIFF #232

It's the case of LPT the previous is not parsable, like shown in the exception raised by bubastis (after printing it)

The problem of the submission 2 of LPT was that the pullLocation was an HTML file of github, we can see it's content in the screenshot below

So the solution is :

[x] Remove the submission "http://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/LPT/submissions/9"
[x] Reprocess LPT

Removing "http://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/LPT/submissions/9" and reprocessing removed the DIFF error

Used CMD

[ontoportal@agroportal 20220301104105]$ bin/ncbo_ontology_process -o LPT -t diff

Result

I, [2022-03-01T13:39:42.846002 #404]  INFO -- : ["Bubastis diff generated successfully for http://data.bioontology.org/ontologies/LPT/submissions/10"]
