Handle skos:note objects #316

There is no skos:Note object inside the SKOS specification. We need to implement something generic that will handle any properties that have for value a URI (i.e., a rdf:Resource).

This was also mentioned by @saubin here : https://github.com/agroportal/project-management/issues/240
