Update Crop Ontology curators for 2022-2023 #358

We need to update the curators of the ontologies in the crop ontology project based on : https://cropontology.org/page/Curators

The name information must go in the curatedBy metadata property. The name of the organization must go in the publisher property.

We can also find information about contributors/curators on the GitHub repo of each Crop Ontology component. I have consolidated the repository metadata for each of the ontologies.

Will do when #591 will be addressed. Impossible to edit metadata in batch for the moment
