Align metadata values of the Crop Ontologies with the one son cropontology.org in 2022 #359

We need to (re)align our metadata values with https://cropontology.org/metadata

Conlicts must be reported here to be treated.

When curator is at INRAE (like @cpommier ) verify if the Gothub repository of the ontology is listed here: https://forgemia.inra.fr/urgi-is/ontologies And if yes, assign the doap:repository and doap:bug-database properties accordingly. Cf Vitis Ontology for example.

We can also find information about contributors/curators on the GitHub repo of each Crop Ontology component. I have consolidated the repository metadata for each of the ontologies.
