AgroPortal should be the catalog by default for all ontologies #430

In the property included in data catalog, Agroportal is the catalog for all ontologies but should not be displayed in the graphical interface.

Well this issue was captured as it was a requirement for the Landscape page, but was never addressed in metadata curation. Indeed the Landscape page has this diagram that needs the info:

I can do the metadata curation work, but we need to then implement the behaviour that will systematically populate "includedInDataCatalog=AgroPortal" to any new submission to AgroPortal.

I just revised the issue co-assigned it to me. I would suggest we re-open to keep an eye on this. Or list this in a "larger issue" related to Refactoring the Landscape page
