GR-TAX has lost its submission #437

GR-TAX seems not to have as no submission anymore... https://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/GR-TAX/submissions

Where are it always had one in the past... and the drive on the server still contains the sumbision (numberred 1) folder.
