export metadata omv:hasOntologyLanguage change to URI #449

The metadata has a literal value, e.g. SKOS. This value comes from a picklist. I suggest that, in the exported metadata, this literal be changed to a URI. It would be FAIRer

Yes thats planned. The hasOntologyLanguage property is a legacy of BioPortal with hardcoded restricted values. When we will do the export (whatever profile) we will use the URI values of the vocab. Issue to come related to export of the metadata.
