Description

For certain ontologies like NALT, when we select it in the mappings page bubble view, or table view, it shows that it has mappings with PATO for example but when we click on pato to see the mappings between them then we find that no mapping found.

In Stageportal currently, we have for INRAETHES and agINFRA Soil Vocabulary is returning

after using https://github.com/ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_linked_data/pull/167 the zombie mapping were cleaned

Cleaning StagePortal zombie mappings

Current sum mappings count: 3 577 939
Run bin/ncbo_ontology_mapping_counts in the project ncbo_cron as ontoportal user
Completed rebuilding total mapping counts for all ontologies in 4.2 minutes and completed rebuilding mapping count pairs for all ontologies in 9.0 minutes, the sum of mappings count is now: 3 795 493 a 6.09% increase !?

Fixed dans deployed in stageportal in https://github.com/ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_linked_data/pull/172.

@Bilelkihal you can check all the ontologies you want you will never see the no mapping found message.
