For new OntoPortal instances, it is quite unclear how the Annotator Plus runs in the system. It is quite an important matter for some use cases since it involves the ability to lemmatize, something that is not possible with the original annotator.

A guide to setup the Annotator Plus with configuration steps and if necessary links to resources to update/download

It might be worth also considering to clarify the new UI situation for all other portals using it, since it's built to be used with the AnnotatorPlus
