Install discoverd 1.0.0 from copr with git snapshots #97

This is temporary for demoing and testing new features. RC1 (expected in the end of Jan) will be built for rawhide after F22 is branched, and this code will be deleted.

this needs to handle installing on rhel 7 as well. it's not clear to me if it already does. It looks like it always assume fedora when enabling the copr repo
