Archive unused/inactive repositories #3

Review all of the repositories
Create an issue for each one that hasn't had activity in the past year, notifying the contributors that the project will be archived if they don't reply w/in a certain period of time
Archive the repo if there isn't a reply

As of today, the list of repositories that haven't been updated in the past year is:

I've opened archive warning issues for all of the repos listed in the description. The text of the issues:

This repository hasn't been updated in more than a year.

Please comment on this issue before the end of November, 2024 providing reasons why it shouldn't be archived (or confirming that it should) or else we will sweep it into the archive.
