Apply @mykeels/ng2-smart-table #96

We need to apply @mykeels/ng2-smart-table in order to access the onPageChange() event so we can unsubscribe the checkbox Observable and avoid errors. We also need to make the smart-table full wide screen to avoid changing the size and lose information on page changes
