change rule group problem 无法更改过滤规则分组 #1

rules added by users can not be moved to other group from "My rule group". 自定义的规则不能移动到其他新增分组，只能保留在“自定义”分组中。

In the release version 0.4b2.2013121519

Target group should have at least one rule if you want to drag rules from other group.

Or

You can use cut and paste command.
