Output sitemap file has no content

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Google SiteMap Generator on Windows2003 server.
2. Configure a URL for which you want to generate site map.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a sitemap.xml file with URL' of the scanned website.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sitemap_win-beta1-20090225.msi,Windows 2003 server
