Namespace #24

I is just a suggestion.

The classes shoud be in a namespace, for example:
OAuth2_Client_Abstract
OAuth2_Server_Abstract

or

OAuth2\Client\Abstract
OAuth2\Server\Abstract

Right now it is diffucult to autoload the classes in a clean way.
