Pull Request Spanish Language and correction for work in XAMPP #106

  1. Added the ES folder in the Language folder for the Spanish translation
  2. Added base_url where it was missing so that it would work correctly in XAMPP when the project was in a folder, for example http://localhost:8085/codeigniterProject
